英語や中国語を話せる医師も在籍しておりますが、すべての医師・スタッフが対応できる訳ではございません。そのため、言葉の壁を越えるために「ポケトーク（POCKETALK）」という翻訳機を活用し74以上の言語に対応しており、円滑なコミュニケーションを心がけております。

We understand that sudden illness in a foreign country can cause a great deal of anxiety.
At our clinic group — Omiya Evergreen Clinic, Tokyo Urology Clinic Ueno, Ikebukuro Gastroenterology & Urology Clinic, and Shimbashi Gastroenterology & Urology Clinic — we are committed to providing safe and reassuring medical care to patients visiting from abroad.
Some of our doctors are able to speak English or Chinese; however, not all staff members are fluent in foreign languages.
To help overcome language barriers, we use a translation device called “POCKETALK,” which supports over 74 languages and allows for smooth, effective communication.
